PolyureStone ^TM markets a unique variety of lightweight polyurethane rigid wall panels. Current models include Stacked Stone, Ledge Stone, Slate, Sandstone, Brick and River Rock. There are different design styles to choose from within each of the unique panel models. PolyureStone ^TM uses an interlocking and overlapping panel system that may be installed quickly and easily to achieve the beauty of natural stone, rock, slate or brick on your building without the need of a stonemason, and at a fraction of the cost. This unique wall covering panel system is mortar free and very user friendly. The panels are installed easily with standard woodworking tools (cut with a standard skill saw, trim with sharp knife/blade and attach with polyurethane adhesives and metal screws). These impact resistant panel designs provide authentic stone, rock and brick colours while remaining resistant to harsh weather, solvents, pests, mould and mildew. PolyureStone panels attach directly to wood, concrete, brick, steel, stucco or any flat substrate for easy installation.

PolyureStone ^TM panels are made using state-of-the-art closed cell polyurethane chemistry, combining UV stabilizers, scratch resistant agents and additives to enhance the stone texture, feel and appearance of each panel surface. This process is enhanced using oxide pigments that are applied prior to the PU Injection Process making the longevity of the surface far superior to traditional painted surfaces. In addition to the visual appeal, this unique technology produces an incredibly strong and durable lightweight product that will resist accidental forces such as baseballs, footballs, tires, and hockey pucks. PolyureStone panel products are 100% inert, non-toxic, non-gaseous and odour free.
